Subway in Freiberg

The hygiene concept works very well 👍. Boss and employees are very friendly. It is a shame that they are now closing until probably 04.01.2021, as there are too few customers and the costs exceed the income. I wish the subway team a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. THANK YOU FOR 2020

I think the concept of Subway is good and the sandwiches - which are also vegan - are delicious. It's just a shame that the chickens are kept so badly. The meat eaters would certainly have no problem paying a little more if the animals were kept a little more animal-friendly. Unfortunately, Subway Germany has shown resistance to the efforts of animal rights activists so far.

The more than 42,500 franchise branches of the Subway group sell chicken every day. If the company implemented the criteria of the European Broiler Initiative, it would affect millions of chickens and save them the worst agony of broiler fattening. It's a shame that the decision-makers don't seem to care about animal suffering. For me a reason to avoid Subway!

Nice, also funny staff. Is freshly prepared in front of your eyes and asks what should be on it. Everything is kept hygienically.

A very unfriendly male waitress. If you can't deal properly with guests, you should probably look for a job where you have less to do with people. It wasn't the first time that you were served so unfriendly here.

Very nice shop with a good location and while eating you can look at the cathedral. The sandwiches are delicious with fresh vegetables and the bread is always light and fresh. 👍

I like to go to Subway, but only in Freiberg because there is only one shop here. The more expensive the sandwiches become, the less you put on them. The chicken is even taken out of the scoop so that it gets even less. The drink is getting smaller ... too bad Then there is the constant unfriendliness of some employees. Hopefully it will be a little more pleasant to eat with you again soon.

Very uncomfortable to order something there. The "staff" does not even speak German and English even less, extremely unfriendly and only makes mistakes. My sub wasn't filled with what I wanted & didn't look that appetizing either. In addition, there is hygiene ... Gloves are nice and good, but you should still switch between them. Very disappointing...

We like to eat at Subway and have been satisfied with the service so far. Today we were very disappointed, the service was rude and INCOMPASSED. The different ingredients z. For example, the cream cheese was scratched on the bread as if the person was paying for it himself. That does not work for the prizes. The sauce was just about all, the wait staff asked if the blob was already on the bread !!! Um, no, I'd like to taste it. Then she sighed loudly and got a new sauce from the kitchen. Service is really different. We're not thinking about eating there anymore because we're really shocked.

The service is good and the food is as you would expect it from the franchise. You should bring enough cash though - the acceptance of credit cards and debit cards is limited to a few banks only.
